Who handles your details
Wonderfully Me Books is part of Wonder Family LLC. For questions about your personal information or to exercise your rights, email Hello@WonderfullyMeBooks.com. This notice covers our website analytics and free resource request forms. ClassWallet requests also have a notice linked from that form.
Website analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand which pages, resources, and book offers help adult visitors. We record a random browser and visit identifier, page paths, campaign parameters such as UTM source and campaign, referring website origin, viewport size, scroll reach, visible sections, time with the page in the foreground, button/link clicks, and form interaction and validation counts. We do not collect form field values, student names, selected text, screenshots, session replay, or private invoice-link tokens in these observations.
When you submit a request, we can link its server-confirmed outcome to the observed journey when there is matching source evidence. An emailed invoice, resource request or Etsy click is not recorded as a paid purchase. Verified ClassWallet payment and refund records may be used for order and customer-value reporting. Etsy purchase reporting is not connected. Browser observations alone do not verify a person’s identity or email ownership.
These analytics are for operating and improving our own site. They do not add advertising pixels, sell browsing data, or use the optional email-marketing checkbox as analytics permission. Our providers for this measurement are Vercel and Neon. The footer’s website-analytics control lets you stop browser measurement; we also honor Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, and our staff-exclusion setting. Stopping analytics does not prevent you from requesting a resource or invoice.
What you share and why
We ask for your first name and email to send the PDF you choose. We also record the resource requested, the time of your request, the choices you make, and the version of the consent wording and this notice shown to you. Clicking “Email Me My Free PDF” gives us your permission to send that resource; no delivery checkbox is needed. These fields are needed for this email request; you can contact us if you would prefer another way to receive a resource.
Marketing emails are a separate, optional choice. If you opt in, Wonderfully Me Books may send you news, free resources, and book offers. Leaving that box unticked does not prevent you from receiving your requested PDF. We rely on your consent for these marketing emails.
Email delivery and confirmation
Our email service is GoHighLevel through Brand You Funnels (GHL BYF). We send your request details and consent choices there to arrange the resource email. Submitting a form does not by itself confirm ownership of your email address. Follow your request-specific link in the resource email, then choose “Confirm & get PDF.” Opening the link alone does not confirm it. Links expire after 30 days. We record the explicit confirmation, PDF access granted, and the delivery status reported by GHL for that request. A link can be forwarded, so this confirms access to the emailed link rather than authenticating a person. Marketing consent and email confirmation are separate records.
Service providers and security
Our website uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for storing request and consent records, and GHL BYF for contact management and email delivery. They process information needed to provide these services. These services may process information in the United States or other countries outside your country of residence. Contact us for information about applicable processing agreements and international transfer safeguards.
To help prevent automated requests, we use a hidden form field and temporary request counters. Counters use keyed codes derived from an email or network address rather than storing a raw network address in the request database. Our hosting and email providers may also process technical logs needed to run and secure their services. This resource form does not use advertising cookies or load an embedded marketing form.
How long information is needed
We keep request details while needed to deliver the resource, resolve delivery questions, and demonstrate your consent choices. Marketing contact details are needed while you remain subscribed. If you withdraw consent, we may retain the minimum record needed to honor your unsubscribe request and meet legal obligations. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of your details.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. You can also use the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal, and you can keep a PDF you have already received.
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict its use, or object to processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including an EU supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. These forms are for adults. Please use your own first name and email, and do not submit a child’s personal information. We do not ask for information about a child’s health or disability.
